From  New York to Canada and across the plains
Her strength and fortitude was there  you'll see
For she was strong with her faith and love
The hardships she braved  was always so bold
She survived through hardships and winters so cold
Her gift of tongues is  special i'm told
For she was a woman so special and bold
A woman with a passion for life and love
The hardships she  bore with wisdom  I know
She cared for her family and all who was in need
A pioneer woman so special and bold
Through the trials and tribulations  of life she survived
Her strength and her wisdom  her faith and her perseverance
Was unmatched  this I know for in her heart and in her soul
I know there was love  I know there was faith
For she persevered through more than I can imagine
For she is a pioneer woman so full of love and strength
For this I am glad that she is my ancestor for she is the strength
The wisdom and love for all of us to admire
Your strength your love your desire for life
You've brought great joy for all whom you've touched
For you are a pioneer woman so bold
Your strength and love will pass on for generations to come
For you are a pioneer woman so special and bold
